Information Accuracy:
North Harbor Propeller strives to have the most complete and
accurate information in our website. However, it should be
understood that product information changes can occur without
notice. In addition, the advice and product selection information on
this site is offered as a suggestion. Any and all damages arising directly or consequently from that selection will be the sole responsibility of our customers.
Propeller Warranty:
Each manufacturer will support their product warranty individually. North Harbor Propeller will facilitate the warranty procedure. In
order to make a claim please contact our Customer Service
Department at 360-299-8266 for a RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) and shipping instructions.
The R.G.A. must be indicated along with your address on the
mailing label and the shipping carton should include your return
shipping address, your daytime phone number, and the original purchase receipt.
Warranties do not cover any expense of downtime, haul outs,
propeller removal or installation, or shipping charges. All returns
are valid for 90 days.
Shipping and Returns:
Orders will be shipped via UPS to all locations in the United States
and Canada. All goods are inspected and carefully packed when shipped. If shipping damage occurs all claims must be made with
the carrier, not with North Harbor Propeller. Shortages and errors
must be reported within 7 days of receiving an order. Inboard propellers are not returnable, as they are inventoried in a factory
pilot bore and are machined to fit your boat’s shaft size.
